Caligra is a blogging tool for publishing static or dynamic web pages. Originally developed in 1999 using Delphi 7 and Paradox 7.5 database. Caligra allows you to create a localized database full of blogged items - while at the same time giving you full publishing flexability over the format/design of your website.
